Service Description
Looking to host a unique birthday party or celebration at a farm or Fluffy Cow Farm? Look no further! Let’s collaborate on planning your special event. Don’t forget to inquire about exclusive party favors for your guests, choose from charming plushies or any custom item to send them home with wonderful memories from their time celebrating at The Fluffy Cow!
Your party package includes:
- A fenced, screened gazebo picnic area for safety from pesky critters.
- Access to the sanctuary for your guests (excluding the cow/horse pasture).
- 30 minutes before and after the event for setup and cleanup.
- This base price is for 10 guests, with each additional guest at $10.
Important notes:
Our booking appointments are flexible; if the provided times aren’t convenient, contact us for a suitable alternative.
- We have furnishing packages available if tents, chairs, tables, etc are needed.
Enhance your experience with an optional trolley tour for an additional cost.
For extra fun, consider a mini horse or Highland cow experience (additional cost), allowing your guests to interact with them and get pictures for 30min.

Booking Policy
Birthday parties can be booked up to 6 months in advance and are on a first-come, first-served basis. All parties require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Parties must be scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance. Any tentative parties who do not pay the deposit 2 weeks prior to the party date will be canceled. Parties are not confirmed until the 50% deposit has been paid and the scheduling staff receives a signed agreement.
Weather Policy
In the event of rain or severe weather that would require, please contact us to let us know if you would like to reschedule or receive a refund less a 3.5% service fee. If the forecast calls for rain or extreme weather conditions, please contact us at (352) 262-7313 at least 48 hours before your party and we will work with you to either refund the money paid or reschedule your party.
